KINGSTON, N.Y. — A Kingston teenager and an unidentified juvenile are facing burglary charges after they allegedly broke into Kingston High School late Saturday, police said.
Wilson J. Gonzalez, 16, of Green Street, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police Saturday at 11:06 p.m. and charged with burglary, a felony.
Police said they responded to an alarm at the high school and when they got there, they found an open window. They searched the high school and found Gonzalez and the juvenile inside, they said. The youths were taken to the Kingston Police Department.
Gonzalez was arraigned and sent to the Ulster County Jail. The juvenile was turned over to a parent pending Family Court proceedings, police said.
