It hasn’t taken long for the Kingston High graduate to make an impact as a freshman on the SUNY New Paltz women’s lacrosse team.

After scoring a goal in her first collegiate game, Valdivia added to her impressive start, using a pair of four goal games to currently sit second in goals and tied for third in points for the (2-2) Hawks.

Valdivia has nine goals and 11 points, starting three of four games for New Paltz. She had back-to-back four goal games in a 13-11 loss to Farmingdale State and an 18-16 victory over Smith College.
