ULSTER COUNTY COURT
Assault: Donna Adams, 28, of Clinton Street, Napanoch, was sentenced by Ulster County Judge Donald A. Williams Thursday to five months in the Ulster County Jail and five years probation on an assault conviction. Adams was arrested April 11, 2011 by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault and possession of a weapon, according to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office. She pleaded guilty to assault Feb. 21, 2012.
DWI: Tracy Milone, 40, Sawkill Road, Kingston, was sentenced by Williams to five years probation and 30 days of community service Thursday on an aggravated drunken driving conviction. Milone was arrested by Ulster town police on Oct. 1, 2011, and charged with drunken driving. She pleaded guilty on Feb. 24 to aggravated drunken driving, the District Attorney’s Office said.
Misuse of food stamps: Lakeisha Gibbs, no age provided, of Cedar Street, Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on Wednesday to interim probation, 60 days of community service, revocation of public assistance services and ordered to pay restitution on a conviction to misuse of food stamps. She was scheduled for a final sentencing on March 27, 2013. Gibbs was arrested on April 3, 2011, by Kingston police and charged with welfare fraud and grand larceny. She pleaded guilty to misuse of food stamps on Feb. 29, 2012, the District Attorney’s Office said.
Misuse of food stamps: Louis Jones, no address or date of birth provided, was sentenced by Williams Wednesday to interim probation, 60 days of community service, revocation of public assistance services and was ordered to pay restitution on his conviction on a charge of misuse of food stamps. He is scheduled for a final sentence on March 27, 2013.
Misuse of food stamps: Heather Quick, no date of birth provided, of Salem Street, Port Ewen, was sentenced by Williams Wednesday to interim probation, 60 days of community service, revocation of public assistance services and was ordered to pay restitution on her conviction on a charge of misuse of food stamps. She is scheduled for a final sentence on March 27, 2013.
