Highland man faces child porn charge
HIGHLAND, N.Y. — State police arrested a Highland man on Thursday after he was charged with possessing child pornography.
Police said James F. Pezzo, 51, of Highland, was charged with felony possession of a sexual performance by a child after members of the Computer Crimes Unit and the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a warrant at Pezzo’s home.
Police said Pezzo’s computer had several videos containing child pornography. Police said Pezzo works in the construction field.
Pezzo is scheduled to appear in Town of Lloyd Court at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
