Tonight's Law & Disorder: May 6, 2012

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

CITY OF KINGSTON

DWI: Isaias S. Mendez, 28, of Kingston was arrested by state police at Ulster Saturday at 9:28 a.m. on West Union Street and charged with  drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was issued tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

DWI: Kenneth P. Mitchell, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Burglary: James T. DiPietro, 21, of 76 Clinton Ave., Kingston, was arrested Saturday by Kingston police and charged with burglary and assault, both felonies. Further information was unavailable.

Burglary: James Golgoskie, 39, of 369 Union Center Road, Kingston, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. Saturday by Kingston police and charged with burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Further information was not available.

Endangering: Edilberto Martinez, 30, of 162 Clinton Ave., Kingston, was arrested Sunday by Kingston police and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.

CATSKILL

DWI: Andrew J. Snyder, 22, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Catskill Saturday at 7:49 a.m. on county Route 23B and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was released on cash bail.

CLAVERACK Continued...

DWI: Daniel Bennett, 39, of 5 Tin Horn Lane, Claverack, was arrested by state police at Livingston Saturday on state Route 9H and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued a ticket to appear in Claverack Town Court.

CLERMONT

DWI: Dale E. Rockefeller, 58, of Germantown, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:20 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 9 and charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, and speeding. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Clermont Town Court.

CONNELLY

Assault: Frank C. Krajewski, 28, of 340 James St., Connelly, was arrested Saturday at 7 a.m. by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. Deputies said they responded to a domestic dispute between Krajewski and an ex-girlfriend during a custody exchange involving a child they have together. Deputies said an argument ensued and Krajewski pushed the woman to the ground while she was still holding the child and kicked the woman in the ribs, causing several bruises. Krajewski was later released with tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

ESOPUS

DWI: Peter M. Blanschan, 41, of Ulster Park, was arrested on U.S. Route 9W at 8:59 p.m. Saturday by state police at Highland and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued tickets to appear in Esopus Town Court.

GARDINER

DWI: Geremiah Sorrentino, 23, of Bloomingburg, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Sunday on state Route 208 and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued tickets to appear in Gardiner Town Court.

LLOYD Continued...

DWI: Vaselj Ljuljdjurah, 45, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:41 p.m. Saturday on Route 9W and charged with two counts of drunken driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and impersonation, all misdemeanors. He was released on $1,000 cash bail.

DWI: Melanie M. Harding, 18, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 12:43 a.m. Saturday on state Route 299 and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. She was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Drugs: Michael A. Cacchio, 51, of New Paltz, was arrested  by state police at Highland  at 7:15 p.m. Saturday on Route 9W and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, impersonation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. He was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

Probation violation: Derek D. Wilson, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:34 a.m. Sunday on state Route 299 and charged with violation of probation, a felony, as well as two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

NEW PALTZ

DWI: Ryan T. Conway, 18, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:45 a.m. Sunday on Old Route 299 and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

TOWN OF ROCHESTER

DWI: Sean R. Forrest, 28, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing on Upper Granite Road at 11:25 p.m. Saturday and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued a ticket to appear in Rochester Town Court.

Drugs: Austin R. Davis, 17, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 8:07 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 209 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a weapon, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors, and two violations: possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. He was issued tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.

TOWN OF ULSTER Continued...

DWAI: Timothy Ryan, 32, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:29 p.m.  Saturday on state Route 28 and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and  possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
