The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
CITY OF KINGSTON
u Endangering: Davon J. Hasbrouck, 22, of 171 Greenkill Ave., Kingston, was arrested Tuesday at 6:14 a.m. by Kingston police and charged with two misdemeanors: endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment. Additional information was not available.
u Drugs: Derek McGraw, 33, of 72 Allen St., Saugerties, was arrested Wednesday by Kingston police and charged with felony violation of parole and felony possession of a controlled substance. Additional information was not available.
COXSACKIE
u DWI: Joseph A. Knott, 45, of Coxsackie was arrested Tuesday at 8:29 p.m. by state police at Coxsackie and charged with two counts of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court.
HYDE PARK
u DWI: Sabrina Hogan, 21, of 7 East Green Way, Rock Tavern was arrested Tuesday at 1:30 a.m. by state police at Rhinebeck and charged with misdemeanor aggravated drunken driving and various vehicle and traffic violations. Police said troopers observed a vehicle operating erratically in the area of U.S. Route 9 and West Dorsey Lane in the town. They stopped the vehicle and determined Hogan was intoxicated. She was issued tickets to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.
LLOYD
u DWI: Ronald C. Byers, 40, of Highland was arrested Tuesday at 10:48 p.m. by state police at Gardiner and charged with two counts of felony drunken driving. He was released on bail. Continued...
WAWARSING
u Grand larceny: Monti J. Mann, 24, of Syracuse, was arrested Tuesday at 4:42 p.m. by state police at Wawarsing and charged with felony grand larceny. He was held by police pending further proceedings. In the same incident, police arrested Carlie A. Benson, 20, of Kerhonkson, at 5:43 p.m. and charged her with two misdemeanors: obstructing governmental administration and hindering prosecution. She was issued tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
TOWN OF ULSTER
u Shoplifting: Joy Robinson, 20, of 103 Downs St., Kingston, was arrested Tuesday at 5:50 p.m. by Ulster town police and charged with misdemeanor petit larceny. Police said Robinson was observed by Walmart loss prevention personnel concealing assorted electronic equipment, valued at $235.33, in her purse and leaving without paying. She was issued a ticket to appear in Ulster Town Court.
u Stolen property: Ranisha Johnson, 22, of 29 Jefferson St., Poughkeepsie, was arrested Tuesday at 5:47 p.m. by Ulster town police and charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen property. Police said Johnson was found to have a pair of shoes, valued at $19.99, that were reported stolen from Payless Shoes in the Hudson Valley Mall.
