RHINEBECK, N.Y.  — Four men were arrested this week for their involvement at a break-in and vandalism at the Daytop Facility in the town of Rhinebeck on Wednesday.

Rhinebeck Police Department said the men were responsible discharging chemical fire extinguishers, breaking windows, and damaging walls, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures inside the building at 44 Springwood Drive.

Muhammed Qasem, 26, of Albany, and Ryan Moses, 18, of Queens, were arrested on Wednesday and were each charged with felony burglary and felony criminal mischief.

Quasem and Moses were arraigned in Rhinebeck Justice Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

On Friday, police arrested Jimmy Alamo, 21, of the Bronx, and Gary Rinelli, 48, of Poughkeepsie and charged those two with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Alamo and Rinelli also were arraigned in Rhinebeck Justice Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
