CITY OF KINGSTON

DWI: John R. Pratt, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday at Fair and North Front streets and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

COXSACKIE

Prison contraband: Si-Shuron Clow, 20, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11 a.m. Tuesday by state police at Catskill and charged with felony possession of prison contraband. Clow was ordered held pending further proceedings.

LLOYD

DWAI, drugs:  Timothy A. Daniels, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday and charged by state police at Highland with driving while under the influence of drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, and possession of a controlled substance in an non-original container, a violation. He was issued tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

PLATTEKILL

Weapons, forged instrument: Philip A. Corrado, 43, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday and charged with possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was held pending further proceedings.

DWI: Lidia C. Lemus-Williams, 23, of 9 Hilton Place, Apt. 2, Saugerties, was charged by Saugerties town police with misdemeanor drunken driving following a 3:38 a.m. traffic stop on West Bridge Street June 9. She was issued tickets to appear in Saugerties Village Court.

DWI: Terry M. Augustine, 44, of 200 Partition St., Saugerties, was charged by Saugerties town police with misdemeanor drunken driving following an 11:42 p.m. traffic stop on MacDonald Street on June 9. Augustine was released to reappear in Saugerties Village Court.

WAWARSING

Stolen property: Lisa D. Coleman, 43, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and charged with felony possession of stolen property. She was issued a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.

Sexual abuse, endangering: Thomas J. Decker, 27, of Wawarsing, was arrested Tuesday by the Ulster County Family Violence Investigation Unit and charged with forcible touching, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. Authorities said Decker touched a 13-year-old in a sexual manner. He was issued tickets to appear in Wawarsing Town Court. The Ulster County Family Violence Unit includes members of the state police, Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, Ulster town police and Ulster County Child Protective Services.
