Ulster narcotics team arrests two in Lake Katrine

LAKE KATRINE, N.Y.  — Two people were arrested at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday following a “probation check” by members of the Ulster County Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team at 205 Potter Hill Road, Apt. 14, in Lake Katrine.

Shannon Caston, 24, was charged with hindering prosecution and obstructing governmental administration, both misdemeanors, stemming from a June 8 incident. She also faces  probation violations.

Paul Kozlowski III, 22, of 58 Jefferson Road, Red Hook, was charged with misdemeanor criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.

Caston was sent to Ulster County Jail on $500 bail. Kozlowski was sent to Ulster County Jail on $1,000 bail.
