CITY OF KINGSTON

u Aggravated harassment: Clayton Moran, 35, of 1581 state Route 28, West Hurley, was arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of misdemeanor aggravated harassment. Ulster County sheriff’s deputies said Moran had been arrested Sunday in Hurley on charges of misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing and violation harassment, after which he was sent to Ulster County Jail. The mother of the victim in that case filed charges of aggravated harassment stemming from her receiving 25 threatening text and voice messages from Moran, deputies said. Moran was released on a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.

u DWI: David W. Dennison, 48, of Kingston, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday on Wall Street by state police at Ulster on charges of misdemeanor drunken driving and violation possession of marijuana. He was released on tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

u False personation: Ravanna J. Smith, 31, of 29 Crescent Road, No. 2, Poughkeepsie, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of false personation and aggravated unlicensed driving, as well as the infraction of failure to signal. Kingston police said Smith was arrested following a traffic stop during which he gave officers a false name. He was released on tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

u Drugs: Gilbert Gonzalos, 34, of Pennsylvania, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance after he was found with 80 decks of heroin, Kingston police said. He was released on a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.

u Impersonation: Michael L. Lilley, 33, of 25 Sandy Road, Kingston, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of criminal impersonation and aggravated unlicensed driving, as well as the infractions of unlicensed driving and improper U-turn. Lilley was arrested following a traffic stop during which he gave officers a false name, Kingston police said. He was released on tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

u Grand larceny: Andrew M. Mottsey, 20, of 23 Shufeldt St., Kingston, was arrested Wednesday by Kingston police on charges of felony grand larceny and misdemeanor petit larceny. Additional information was unavailable.

CATSKILL

u DWI: Joy R. Pierce, 28, of Catskill,, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Thursday on state Route 32 by state police at Catskill on a charge of misdemeanor drunken driving. She was held for arraignment. Continued...

ESOPUS

u DWI: Victor S. Milla, 42, of Kingston was arrested at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 9W by state police at Highland on a charge of misdemeanor drunken driving. Additional information was unavailable.

HUNTER

u DWAI: Paul H. Brody, 61, of Prattsville, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 23A by state police at Hunter on a charge of misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was released to a third party on a ticket to appear in Hunter Village Court.

RHINEBECK

u DWI: Ashleigh Hogan, 31, of 30 Teator Lane, Red Hook, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of felony drunken driving. State police at Rhinebeck said Hogan was driving her vehicle on Stone Church Road when she lost control, went off the south shoulder of the road causing the vehicle to partially roll over before coming to rest in some brush. Hogan and a juvenile female in the vehicle were injured and taken to Northern Dutchess Hospital for treatment, police said. Hogan was released on a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.

u DWI: Luis L. Gijon, 28, of Rhinebeck, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Thursday on East Market Street by state police at Rhinebeck on charges of felony drunken driving and the infractions of no license, failed to use designated lane, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and no seat belt. He was released on tickets to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court.

WAWARSING

u Falsifying business records: Jeffrey Miller, 52, of Newburgh, was arrested at 9:14 p.m. Wednesday state police at Wawarsing on a charge of misdemeanor falsifying business records. He was released on a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.

u DWI: Joseph J. Elmo, 53, of Tannersville, was arrested at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday on a charge of misdemeanor drunken driving. Woodstock town police said Elmo was arrested following a traffic stop. He was released on a ticket to appear in Woodstock Town Court.
