The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
CITY OF KINGSTON
DWI: Robert L. Spiconardi, 51, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:10 p.m. Monday at Downs Street and Smith Avenue on a charge of misdemeanor drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Kingston City Court.
Criminal contempt: Craig B. White, 28, of 133 Jansen Ave., Kingston was arrested by city police at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday on misdemeanor charges of criminal contempt and assault. Police said White was arrested following a domestic dispute in which he violated an order of protection. He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Burglary: Travis Bryant, 26, who police said is homeless, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Tuesday on two counts of felony burglary, felony attempted arson and two counts of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was also charged with two counts of criminal mischief, but information on whether those were felony or misdemeanor charges was not immediately available. Kingston police said Bryant burglarized a home on Elmendorf Street and then spread a flammable substance around the residence. He was arraigned in Kingston City Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
CAIRO
Grand larceny: Melissa L. Carter, 32, of Cairo, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Monday on county Route 85 by state police at Catskill on three counts each of grand larceny and offering a false instrument for filing, all felonies. Also arrested was Mark C. Young, 34, of Cairo, on six counts of offering a false instrument for filing, five counts of grand larceny and one count of tax fraud, all felonies. Further information was unavailable.
WOODSTOCK
DWI: Jordan M. Jenifer, 28, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:05 p.m. Monday on state Route 375 on a charge of misdemeanor drunken driving. She was released with a ticket to appear in Woodstock Town Court.
