Part of Boulevard in Kingston to be repaved next week, causing detours

Friday, October 12, 2012

KINGSTON, N.Y. — The Boulevard (state Route 32) is to be repaved from Greenkill Avenue to Golden Hill Drive on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the city Department of Public Works.

The operation will take place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day, weather permitting.

The road will remain open to people who need to reach homes or businesses in the affected area, though they will encounter stoppages to allow the blacktop time to cool. Other drivers will be detoured.
