The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
CITY OF KINGSTON
• DWI: Fernando Flores, 41, of Kingston, was charged Saturday at about 7:57 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Flores was arrested along Fair Street in Kingston, police said.
• Drugs: Kristi D. Azadian, 24, of Saugerties, was arrested about 2:20 a.m. Sunday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors, and possession of a controlled substance in non-original container, a violation, police said. Azadian was arrested on Van Buren Street, police said.
CATSKILL
• DWI: Natalie Brown, 51, of Catskill, was arrested about 12:33 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. Brown was arrested on Main Street in Catskill, police said.
ELLENVILLE
• Drugs: Austin R. Davis, 17, of Accord, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, at about 9:35 p.m. Saturday, according to state police at Wawarsing. Davis was arrested on 42nd Street in Ellenville, police said.
• Resisting: Matthew J. Hearn, 27, of Woodbridge, and Phillip F. Mason, 51, of Stone Ridge, were arrested about 12:10 a.m. Saturday, according to state police at Wawarsing. Hearn was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation, police said. Mason was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors, police said. Both men were arrested on 42nd Street in Ellenville.
NEW PALTZ
• DWI: Seth Knox, 25, of Kingston, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Wawarsing. Knox was arrested on state Route 32 in New Paltz, police said.
SAUGERTIES
• Petit Larceny: Willam S. Mahon, 45, of Blue Mountain Road, Saugerties, was charged Saturday with two counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department. Mahon was accused of stealing gas on separate occasions from the Stewart’s on Main Street, police said. Police said that the suspect took $58 worth of gas on one occasion and $60 on another.
• DWI: Ernest J. Wase, 55, of 64 Park Ave., Leeds, was charged Sunday at about 12:30 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department. He was arrested on state Route 212, police said.
