Freshman forward Michelle Valle was one of the top scorers this past week for the SUNY New Paltz women’s basketball team as the Hawks won three games to remain unbeaten for the season.
Coming off the bench, the New York City native averaged 10.0 points and 8.3 rebounds in the three-game stretch.
Her best effort came with a career-first double-double, 11 points and 14 rebounds as the Hawks beat Stevens Tech in overtime.
Valle also had nine points and seven boards against Brockport and 10 points and four rebounds versus Geneseo.
On Tuesday, she added 10 points and 11 boards in a win over Hamilton.
