Charges reduced in domestic dispute

KINGSTON, N.Y.  — Warren E. Johnson of Hyde Park pleaded guilty Dec. 11 to harassment, a violation, in connection with a domestic dispute that took place on Feb. 26, according to his attorney, William O’Neil of Hyde Park. Johnson had originally been charged with obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and assault, misdemeanors. He was given a conditional discharge as a sentence, O’Neil said.
