Kingston plans forum to help create master plan (video)

KINGSTON, N.Y. — The Kingston Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee decided Wednesday night that small groups of people will be assembled during a public forum for the purpose of creating a master plan.

The forum will be held 6 p.m. on Jan. 31 at City Hall on Broadway.

City planner Suzanne Cahill said the groups will be led by a facilitator and will include people of varying interests.
