Highland voters oust school board incumbents

HIGHLAND, N.Y. — The three Highland school board members up for re-election were swept out of office in this week’s election, and a proposition to buy a new bus and sport utility vehicle for up to $155,089 passed by two votes, district officials said on Wednesday after counting affidavit ballots.
